This is noticed when attempting to load or play an audio CD or DVD with Windows Media Center.
A computer with the “Manage Discs” feature that is attempting to load or play an audio CD or DVD with Windows Media Center may cause the application to stop responding. A hotfix has been released by Microsoft to correct this problem. However, the hotfix should only be applied by one if one experiencing this problem.
Microsoft has said that this hotfix may receive additional testing and that if the problem is nonexistent or rare, waiting for Service Pack 1 rather than applying this hotfix is recommended.
